Jumping Rope

When I was young, I learned quite a bit about exercise. And much of what I learned in the 1980's was wrong!

You see, if we continue to exercise according to our ancient paradigms, we will continue to get rather limited results... like we have been getting all these years. But I don't know if you noticed; Athletes are leaner, bigger, stronger, and faster than they used to be - and we should be too.

So I decided to set the record straight and provide a place where people can learn from the greater knowledge that we have in 2012.

So with that, for the month of January I am providing daily videos to stimulate your minds with new exercise tips and idea. Much of this you will already know... but you aren't necessarily applying to your life for your health. It's sort of like a New Year's Resolution thing for me.

So if YOU are going to make a 2012 resolution, glean from these short lessons. Your health depends on it.

Exercise Idea 1 - Jumping Rope

That brings me to our first exercise video featuring yours truly. I'm kind of shy about the fact that I should probably be wearing a man bra when I do this... so try not to look, OK?

You see, when it comes to exercising, we now know that it is beneficial to change it up... try something different... rotate your exercises and stay out of the same thing every day routine.

Let this video give you one more exercise idea; one more fun and challenging drill to stimulate your body to better health.

Also, remember that if your health is fragile and you are making any significant changes to your diet or exercise plan, be certain to first get a professional medical opinion regarding your ability and the safety for making such changes.

Yours for Better Health,
